Liz traced three generations of family history to explore endurance, identity, and the cost of surviving systems not built for you. The keynote moved beyond a simple story of overcoming and asked the audience to use whatever power they have earned in service of others

Liz examined gender equity through the realities of power, privilege, wage gaps, and the systemic forces that keep women from advancing. Woven with tributes to the women who shaped her, the keynote called for building new systems rather than fighting for space within broken ones.

Liz used the celebration of Lunar New Year as a starting point to examine the racialized wealth gap and the barriers facing racialized entrepreneurs in Canada. Grounded in both data and lived experience, the keynote called on business leaders to become active architects of access for the next generation.

Liz explored first-generation wealth creation through the lens of family history, immigration, financial hardship, and executive leadership. Her keynote invited the audience to think beyond personal success and consider the intergenerational impact of the systems they choose to build.

Liz shared her journey from immigrating to Canada as a teenager with no safety net to becoming a PE-backed CEO who built nine figures in enterprise value. The talk challenged women to define ambition, wealth, and leadership on their own terms while using power and privilege to open doors for others.
